Your booking agreement

Submitting a reservation means the primary passenger and every companion included in the booking have read and accepted this Booking Policy, the Terms & Conditions, and the Privacy Policy.

  • One slot means one passenger seat for one selected concert date. Each selected date is charged per passenger, whether you book one, two, or all three concert days.
  • A group may place up to five passengers in one reservation, and each passenger may choose a different package that is available for the selected vehicle and pickup point.
  • Published fares are roundtrip. A passenger may use only the outbound or return leg, but the fare is not reduced.
  • All information must be complete and accurate. Only registered and confirmed passengers may board.
  • Passengers below 18 must be accompanied by one paying adult.
Booking contact

The primary passenger must maintain an active Telegram account and is responsible for sharing official updates with every companion in the booking.

02

Registration & confirmation

Choose the vehicle first, assign a package to every passenger slot, select the concert date and pickup point, enter all passenger names, choose seats, and submit the required payment proof.

  • A submitted form is a reservation request. A slot is confirmed only after payment and passenger details are successfully verified by FansOnBoard PH.
  • Keep the booking reference shown after submission. Use it for balance payments and all booking concerns.
  • Expect an acknowledgment or verification update through the submitted email or official Telegram channel. Please allow up to three to five days for manual review during busy periods.
  • A passenger confirmation sheet or trip notice may show the registered name, pickup point, assigned vehicle, and meal selection. Report any error immediately.
  • Passengers must review the final master schedule, pickup instructions, and vehicle assignment once announced.
03

Payments & installment plan

Passengers may pay in full or use the event installment plan when it is available.

At reservation₱250 per slot

Minimum starting payment multiplied by the number of reserved passenger slots.

By February 25, 202750% of total fare

Your total verified payments must reach at least half of the booking total.

By April 25, 2027Full balance

The entire booking must be fully paid before the final deadline.

  • Payment proof must show the correct amount, reference number, and successful transaction status.
  • A ₱100 late fee applies for every day a required payment remains overdue.
  • Continued nonpayment may cancel the unpaid slot. Amounts already paid remain non-refundable.
  • Use the Pay Balance page and the correct booking reference for later installments.
04

Refunds, cancellations & transfers

  • All payments are strictly non-refundable, including reservation payments and installments.
  • No refund is issued for a personal change of plans, missed pickup, late arrival, failure to complete payment, or a passenger choosing not to use one leg of the roundtrip service.
  • Concert postponement or cancellation, severe weather, traffic restrictions, road closures, and other circumstances outside FansOnBoard PH’s reasonable control do not automatically make a shuttle payment refundable. Any operational remedy will be announced through official channels.
  • A confirmed slot may be transferred to another passenger. The original passenger must message @FansOnBoard_PH on X at least 48 hours before departure and provide the booking reference and replacement passenger details.
  • The replacement passenger must present a valid ID and the original registration details during verification.
  • Requests to change the concert date, pickup point, vehicle, package, or timeslot should be made at least seven days before the event. All changes depend on availability, route planning, and any applicable fare difference.
Missed outbound trip

A passenger who misses the trip to Philippine Arena may still use the confirmed return ride to the original pickup point. Message the official Telegram channel for instructions; a replacement outbound ride is not guaranteed.

05

Seats, vehicles & routes

  • Passengers choose one available seat per person for every selected date. Seat requests remain subject to final payment verification and the assigned vehicle.
  • Priority seats are held for seniors, pregnant passengers or those with morning sickness, passengers prone to motion sickness, PWDs or passengers with limited mobility, and other approved assistance needs. They are limited and subject to verification.
  • FansOnBoard PH may move a passenger to a comparable seat when a vehicle change, safety requirement, or approved priority need makes reassignment necessary.
  • The vehicle shown during booking is the selected service type, but the exact unit, number, and seating layout may change based on passenger count, safety, maintenance, or operations.
  • If a route does not meet the minimum passenger count, FansOnBoard PH may combine nearby pickup points, adjust the dispatch sequence, or move passengers to another suitable vehicle.
  • A vehicle may serve two to three nearby pickup points before proceeding to Philippine Arena. No unannounced special pickup or drop-off location is guaranteed.
06

Pickup & outbound departure

The website’s 10:00 AM bus and 1:00 PM van times are operating windows, not every passenger’s exact call time. Final assembly time, meeting point, vehicle, and departure sequence will be announced before concert day.

  • Arrive before the announced call time, complete personal errands in advance, and be ready to board when instructed.
  • A strict 10-minute grace period applies after the announced departure time. The vehicle will leave after the grace period to protect the schedule of all passengers.
  • The vehicle may depart early only when all confirmed passengers are present, boarding is complete, and the coordinator and driver approve.
  • Passengers may not pressure the driver or coordinator to leave early.
  • A passenger who misses the assigned vehicle because of lateness or personal negligence cannot board another FansOnBoard PH vehicle unless a coordinator confirms an available alternative.
  • No food or personal stopovers are scheduled. An emergency stop is at the driver’s and coordinator’s discretion and must be kept as short as possible.
07

Return trip after the show

  • Save the return meeting point before entering the venue. Mobile signal may be weak after the concert.
  • Unless a different time is announced, passengers have up to one hour after the concert ends to reach the assigned vehicle.
  • If there is an artist send-off activity, the final return window may be adjusted. When announced, passengers must board within 30 minutes after the send-off ends.
  • Return departures may take place after midnight. Keep your phone charged and monitor official coordinator messages.
  • Passengers who remain unreachable or do not arrive within the announced boarding window may be left behind. The driver cannot delay the full group indefinitely.
  • Traffic, venue controls, route restrictions, and other unforeseen conditions may delay arrival or departure. FansOnBoard PH will communicate material changes as soon as reasonably possible.
08

Cooling Lounge, meals & add-ons

  • The Bus Cooling Lounge is a shared air-conditioned resting area. It may be a different bus from the vehicle assigned for transport.
  • Access is open to anyone who has availed it, subject to capacity, announced operating hours, and entry instructions. It is already included with the FOB VIP RIDE package.
  • Cooling Lounge access does not reserve a permanent seat inside the lounge and does not replace the passenger’s assigned transport vehicle or return meeting point.
  • Pre-order meals, souvenir references, snacks, and other add-ons are subject to the published menu, order deadline, availability, and collection instructions.
  • Freebie and souvenir images are design references only; final designs, packaging, and equivalent items may change.
09

Passenger responsibilities

  • Treat passengers, drivers, coordinators, venue staff, and the public with respect.
  • Follow safety, boarding, vehicle, and venue instructions at all times.
  • Disruptive, threatening, dangerously intoxicated, or unsafe behavior may result in denied boarding or removal from the service without refund.
  • Keep personal belongings secure. FansOnBoard PH is not responsible for unattended, lost, or damaged belongings.
  • Valid identification must be presented when requested for passenger, transfer, senior, PWD, or priority-seat verification.
  • Immediately report a safety concern, medical emergency, or missing companion to the assigned coordinator.
10

Official updates & contact

Final schedules and operational announcements may update these general rules for a particular route or concert day. Passengers are responsible for checking their submitted email and the official FansOnBoard PH Telegram updates. Material policy changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
