Is the fare roundtrip?
Yes. All published shuttle fares include your trip to Philippine Arena and the coordinated return journey.
What time is pickup?
Bus operations begin from 10:00 AM onwards. Van and VIP Van operations begin from 1:00 PM onwards. Your exact assembly time will be announced before concert day.
Can I book for multiple passengers?
Yes. One reservation may include up to five passengers, subject to seat availability.
Can companions sit together?
Choose available seats together on the seat map. Placement is subject to the selected vehicle and real-time availability when the backend is connected.
Can I change my pickup point?
Pickup changes may be requested before route assignments are finalized. Contact FansOnBoard PH with your booking reference.
What happens if my payment is not verified?
Your booking remains pending until payment proof is verified. You’ll receive an update if more information is needed.
When will the exact pickup location be announced?
Final meeting points, assembly times, route sequence, and vehicle assignments will be shared before concert day through official passenger updates.
How does the Bus Cooling Lounge work?
A dedicated air-conditioned bus will serve as a resting and cooling area. Access is open to everyone who avails it and is subject to available capacity. It is already included with FOB VIP RIDE; final add-on rates and schedules will be announced before the event.
How can I pre-order a meal?
The meal menu, prices, ordering deadline, and collection instructions will be announced through official FansOnBoard PH updates before concert day.
Are freebies included in every package?
No. Freebies are included only in packages that explicitly list them.
How do I pay my remaining balance?
Open the Pay Balance page, enter your booking reference and email, then submit your balance payment details and proof.
